All-State Career  Healthcare Division is focused on providing students with the training they need to create a successful future and achieve financial freedom. Students get the essential skills and confidence they need, and they receive assistance with job placement. Graduates use their people and career skills in the real world, making a positive difference every day.

The All-State Career philosophy is centered on the student and the students success. The school maintains high teaching standards in all its classes, and the training is set in a business-focused environment. Instructors give each student the individual attention they deserve, making the experience more meaningful for the student. Students receive advising assistance in finding the best job that is suited to their particular situation. Graduates of the programs are qualified, efficient, personable, and self-confident.

All-State Career is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT). The school is approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) and the Federal Department of Education. It is a member of the Maryland Association of Private Career Colleges and Schools. It is also approved by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Education and licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Private Career Schools.

The Admissions Office at All-State Career helps students select the program that best fits their career goals and ensures their success. The Financial Aid Department is focused on helping students create customized financial plans. Financial aid is available to those students who qualify, and the Financial Aid Department helps students navigate the application process and eligibility requirements for federal, state, and private sources of aid.

Students who have academic difficulties can ask for assistance from the class instructor, or they can request help from the Education Department. The Business Office is responsible for managing students accounts and receives all payments. Students can contact the Business Office to learn the status of their accounts and maintain current status by using the services of the Office.

The Career Service Department at All-State Career helps students obtain entry-level positions in their field of study. All-State alumni who are in good financial standing also have access to these services. Placement assistance is designed to help graduates secure their first job after graduation. The topics covered by the department include interviewing techniques, resume writing, skills assessment, attitude, dress, and job search techniques.
