The Arizona Culinary Institute (ACI) is located in Scottsdale, Arizona's fourth largest city. It is a twenty five minute drive northeast from Arizona's largest city, Phoenix. The Arizona Culinary Institute has an 18,000 square foot facility that features five different kitchens, four classrooms, and a student-run restaurant. ACI offers a diploma in culinary arts, baking and restaurant management that can be completed in 36 weeks. ACI's program features small classes, chef-instructors with impressive industry experience, and practical hands-on experience. ACI students also get to work in the Institute's student-run fine dining restaurant. Students manage and work in the restaurant as part of their culinary and restaurant management education. The 36-week program also includes a 12-week internship where students gain valuable, real-world work experience, which positions them well for prospective employers. In fact, the Arizona Culinary Institute has a very impressive 99% job placement rate.

The Arizona Culinary Institute offers a variety of financial aid plans and provides assistance with obtaining scholarships and other sources of funding.
