Founded in 1987, the Florida Culinary Institute (FCI) is located in West Palm Beach, Florida, along Florida's famous "Gold Coast." FCI specializes in providing student-focused, hands-on training in the culinary arts. It is recognized as a top ranked culinary arts school in the United States.
The Florida Culinary institute offers diploma, associate, and bachelor degree programs in culinary arts, international baking and pastry, food and beverage management, culinary nutrition, and culinary management. Some programs can be completed in as little as 12 months. The bachelor degree program can be completed in 36 months. The Florida Culinary Institute also offers professional development programs, as well as a community cooking program designed for non-professionals with an interest in the culinary arts.
