Gonzaga University offers an M.A. in Organizational Leadership that is designed to be useful for all types of leaders operating in a variety of social organizations. The program is highly interdisciplinary, drawing from research in the social sciences, communication, arts, and the humanities. The goal is to focus knowledge from all these fields and create a plan of study that is focused and flexible. The ideal student for this program is one who wishes to hold generalist leadership positions within corporate, government, not-for-profit, or community structure.
Gonzaga University’s M.A. in Organizational Leadership has produced over 400 graduates currently employed by such companies as American Express, The Boeing Company, Hewlett-Packard Company, Sterling Savings Association, and the U.S. Army. These graduates have benefited from their study of in-depth, practical, and theoretical leadership in organizations. They have the ability to apply this degree to a wide variety of positions and situations in organizations and in their communities. Career opportunities generated by this degree allow a high degree of professional mobility.
Gonzaga University recognizes that working adults have varied needs and schedules in their established lives.
