Missouri Tech (MOTECH) was founded in 1932. It is a school of nearly 200 students located in St. Louis, Missouri. Missouri Tech educates students to work in exciting, in-demand technical fields. Programs are developed by top engineers to fulfill the needs of growing, innovative companies.
Missouri Tech offers certificate, associate degree, and bachelor degree programs in some of today's most rapidly growing and high-paying professions. In total, Missouri Tech offers 12 programs of study in high-demand technical fields. Missouri Tech programs prepare students for careers as: software engineers, network administrators, systems analysts, electronics engineers, computer programmers, sales engineers, and electronics technicians. Diploma programs may be completed in as little as 12 months, associate's degree programs may be completed in as little as 16 months, and bachelor's degree programs can be completed in as little as 32 months.
To provide maximum convenience for working adults, Missouri Tech offers day and evening classes. Students may also attend full or part-time. This flexibility makes it easier for students with other work and life responsibilities to obtain the education necessary to start an exciting new career or further an existing career.
Missouri Tech provides students with comprehensive career services through its Career Planning and Placement Office. Missouri Tech has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). Additional aid options open to qualifying students of MOTECH include corporate and institutional scholarships, company reimbursement programs, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) programs, grants, loans, scholarships, Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits, Workforce Investment Act (WIA) programs, and work/study programs.
