Morrison University Description

Founded in 1902, Morrison University (MU) was the first proprietary university in Nevada. Morrison University is a school of over 100 students located in Reno, Nevada. MU is committed to providing quality education and training programs that prepare students for the challenging and contemporary needs of business, government, and society.

The primary focus of Morrison University is to provide graduate and undergraduate degrees that are attainable both by working business professionals and traditional students. MU offers Associate Degrees, Bachelor of Science Degrees, and Masters Degrees. Morrison has six programs of study in high demand business fields.

Morrison University also offers the convenience of evening and weekend courses and degree programs. This flexibility makes it easy for individuals with substantial work and life commitments to obtain the education they need to start a new career or further an existing career.

Morrison University has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). Additional aid options open to qualifying students of Morrison University include grants, loans, scholarships, work/study programs, and Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits.
