Founded in 2002, the Orlando Culinary Academy is a cooking school with a Le Cordon Bleu program located in Orlando. Florida. The Orlando Culinary Academy provides educational programs that prepare students for professional opportunities and career success in the international hospitality industry by providing a hands-on education in the classic and modern culinary arts.

The Orlando Culinary Academy offers three programs of study. In addition to a diploma or associate degree, each graduate will also receive the coveted Le Cordon Bleu diploma. Programs are designed to be completed quickly. The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts can be completed in as little as 15 months, including a 3 month externship.

The programs at the Orlando Culinary Academy feature small class sizes, lecture rooms, modern instructional kitchens, and computer labs. Students obtain "real-world" experience through an externship program. The Orlando Culinary Academy offers students everything they need to succeed in the hospitality industry.

The Orlando Culinary Academy has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). Additional aid options open to qualifying students of the Orlando Culinary Academy include grants, loans, and work/study programs.
