The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute (PCI) was founded in 1986. It is a culinary school of over 1,500 students located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute offers three Le Cordon Bleu programs of study, including Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Le Cordon Bleu Pātisserie and Baking, and Le Cordon Bleu Hospitality and Restaurant Management. Graduates of PCI programs receive both a specialized associates degree and a diplōme from Le Cordon Bleu in their specialized area.
Pennsylvania Culinary Institute programs feature hands-on training where students learn 450 culinary proficiencies, study in industry-current classrooms and kitchen labs, and work with a faculty that has extensive experience in the food service industry.
The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute offers career placement services to help graduates obtain employment. Additional student services offered by PCI include: academic advising services and a large food service industry library.
