TESST Description

TESST College of Technology is a multi-campus institution with three campuses in Maryland and one campus in Virginia. TESST is part of Kaplan Higher Education. There are 76 Kaplan Higher Education campuses across the United States. The mission of TESST is to provide quality technical training that will equip the graduate for work immediately upon completion of training.

TESST College of Technology offers a large number of high-tech certificate and associate degree programs. Programs are offered in computers, drafting and graphic design, legal, medical, and many trades. TESST College programs range in length from nine to 18 months in duration.

TESST College of Technology provides flexibility by offering courses during days and evenings. This course scheduling flexibility makes it easy for individuals with substantial work and life commitments to obtain the education they need to start an exciting new career or further an existing career.

TESST College of Technology also offers continuing Education programs. TESST College offers certification classes for Microsoft, CompTIA and Cisco. These industry-recognized certifications are in demand worldwide as proof of professional achievement and can help individuals to further their technology career.

TESST College has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). TESST College of Technology is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT). In addition, TESST's programs are approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) and State Council for Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV).
