Texas Culinary Academy Description

Founded in 1981, Texas Culinary Academy is a culinary arts school offering Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts programs. It is a school of over 500 students located in Austin, Texas. The mission of the Texas Culinary Academy is to prepare students for the international hospitality industry by providing the finest hands-on education in the classic and modern culinary arts.

Texas Culinary Academy offers Le Cordon Bleu specialized associate degree and certificate programs. These programs are structured to ensure that students are exposed to a diversified education in culinary arts with the perfect blend of general education classes to broaden their awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and values to be successful. Two programs of study are offered in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts and Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie and Baking Arts. Classes in both programs are taught by professional chefs, and combine demonstration with practical hands-on training in professionally equipped, contemporary kitchens.
