The Chubb Institute started in 1970 as a computer training center for one of the largest insurance organizations in the world. Today The Chubb Institute is a multi-campus school with eight campuses in Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. The Chubb Institute is part of the High-Tech Institute (HTI) family of schools that consists of over 25 campuses in 17 states across the United States. The Chubb Institute's mission is to educate and prepare students for successful design, information technology and medical careers.
The Chubb Institute focuses exclusively on offering students training in some of the fastest growing job positions, including computer networking and security, graphic design and animation, massage therapy, medical administration, medical assisting, medical billing and coding, and surgical technologist. The Chubb Institute uses a training methodology that simulates an on-the-job experience by incorporating hands-on, real-world projects.
The Chubb Institute is also affiliated with Anthem College Online. Individuals can earn a diploma with Chubb, and then continue on with Anthem and earn a degree.
The Chubb Institute has a full-time career services staff to assists student in good standing in developing life-long job search skills.
