Founded in 1881, the University of Scranton is a school of about 4,800 undergraduate and graduate students located in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The University of Scranton has a significant offering of undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The University is also now offering two of its well regarded Master of Science in Education degree programs entirely online. These online degree programs can be completed in approximately one year. The flexibility of online programs, where students can "attend" at a time and place of their own choosing, makes it easy for individuals with substantial work/life obligations to obtain the education they need to start a new career or further an existing career.
