Westwood College (Aviation) Description

Westwood College Aviation is part of Westwood College, a multi-campus institution with fifteen campuses in California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, and Texas. Westwood College is an institution of higher learning dedicated to providing quality, career-focused undergraduate and graduate programs that prepare students with the knowledge, skills, and credentials needed to launch, enhance, or change careers.

Westwood College Aviation offers two aviation programs of study at three Westwood College campuses in California, Colorado, and Texas. These programs feature extensive classroom and hands-on instruction. The programs are accelerated and offer flexible day and evening class schedules. These Westwood College Aviation programs prepare students for entry-level jobs in the aviation industry. Companies that have hired Westwood College Aviation graduates in the past include B.F Goodrich Aerospace, Northrup - Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Bombardier/Learjet, and Continental Express.

Westwood College Aviation offers the following student services: advising and tutoring, alumni relations, career development services, library and bookstore, and student housing. In addition, Westwood College Aviation also offers an online form for individuals to request, at no obligation, more information about their innovative aviation programs. Westwood College has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans).
