YTI Career Institute Description

YTI Career Institute is a technical school of over 1,000 students with two campuses located in York, and Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The mission of YTI Career Institute is to provide high quality career oriented higher education programs, which respond to the needs of both students and employers. The Institute will achieve its mission by delivering an all-encompassing educational experience that is student centered and experientially based, integrating general education, and career focused professional skills education.

YTI Career Institute offers diploma and associate degree programs. In total, YTI Career Institute offers 19 programs of study in high-demand fields such as computer training, chef training (culinary arts), business, golf course management, medical assisting, and much more. Diploma programs can be completed in as little as 12 months and associate degree programs can be completed in as little as 21 months.

YTI Career Institute offers the following student services: a book store/school store, career services, food service, housing assistance, a library, personal counseling services, and student activities and organizations. In addition, YTI Career Institute also offers an online form for individuals to request, at no obligation, more information about their innovative programs. YTI Career Institute has a Program Participation Agreement with the US Department of Education for eligible students to receive Pell Grants and other federal aid (e.g., Direct Loans). Additional aid options open to qualifying students of YTI Career Institute include grants, loans, scholarships, state aid, and work/study programs.

YTI Career Institute is nationally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology.
